This event was held in Chiscani, Romania, at a public stadium. It was an outdoor gospel outreach and worship music event organized by Misiunea Speranța.
The stadium had clear site conditions: concentrated crowd entry and exit, a fixed setup window, and an on-site process that had to follow a strict schedule.
This project used the ST315S manual mobile stage trailer. No LED screen was configured. A basic stage backdrop was used for theme and message presentation.
Lighting focused on standard stage and event illumination, meeting the needs of night preaching and worship programs. The audio system used outdoor sound reinforcement to cover the stadium audience area, supporting both speech clarity and music coverage.
Power came from grid power or temporary event power, managed through on-site temporary distribution.
Why Manual Deployment Was Chosen
For this type of public event, budget and manpower are often key limits. The organizer needed a setup process that could be divided into clear, controllable steps.
Manual deployment fit this working style well. Each movement was visible, and the team could assign tasks more clearly.
Arrival and Setup
Within the fixed time window, the team focused on step-by-step execution.
Two workers completed the setup in about 40 minutes. They first confirmed the parking position and deployment boundary, then unfolded the structure and checked the locking points.
After the stage structure was stable, lighting and audio equipment were moved into position. A separate power-on check was completed before the event started to avoid issues during the program.
Power Supply and Cable Routing
The work was usually handled by two people. One managed power distribution and inspection. The other handled cable routing and fixing.
The distribution point was placed in a visible and easy-to-monitor position, with enough clean space for operation. Cable routes avoided audience access areas whenever possible.
Crossing points were fixed and protected against tripping. They were also placed within lighted areas first, making them easier for the audience to avoid and easier for the crew to check at night.
