Located in Kampala, Uganda, this project supported a multi-day outdoor gospel conference and large public worship event.The user was a major church organization and religious event host. Attendance was high, and the event continued over several days. For the execution team, the key requirement was to keep the stage structure stable throughout the full event period.Display, lighting, and audio systems also needed to remain in one consistent layout, reducing the need for repeated repositioning or daily adjustment.

For this project, the client used the S455 Mobile Stage Semi-trailer.A large main-stage LED screen was configured for worship lyrics and event information. Performance-grade lighting supported night preaching and worship sessions. The audio system used a line array setup for large outdoor gatherings.Power came from grid power or temporary event power, with on-site distribution arranged for daily operation.
Multi-day Stable Operation
Multi-day events place higher demands on structural stability and system integration.The execution team did not want to reposition equipment every day. In this type of project, the most time-consuming work often happens before each program starts: resetting positions, checking systems, and making temporary adjustments.The crew needed fixed equipment positions and clear working boundaries. With the S455 semi-trailer platform, the stage structure and system layout could be kept more concentrated. This helped the team maintain the same operating rhythm across multiple event days.
Deployment and Reset Sequence
The operator completed stage deployment by hydraulic remote control.Before opening the stage, the crew confirmed the parking direction and the deployment area. After deployment, they checked whether the locking parts were in place and whether the key support points were under normal load.Once no looseness or abnormal condition was found, the team moved the LED screen, lighting, and audio systems into their planned positions. Before the event started, the power distribution lead completed the power-on check and basic system testing.
This project was usually deployed by 3 people, with the full setup process taking about 40 minutes.The team spent its time on inspection and verification, rather than finding equipment positions again each day.
Inspection and Daily Checks
For multi-day operation, fixed inspection points are critical.The distribution point remained in the same position, and key circuits were clearly labeled. Cable routes were kept within a manageable area, with crossing points reduced as much as possible.Before each program started, the team followed a checklist covering distribution box status, circuit labels, and cable fixing.This reduced the risk of cable loosening caused by foot traffic and made it easier to locate problems during the event.
