






Based on the stage structure of S455, S455S directly integrates the power generation system and LED display system into the stage body configuration. This significantly reduces dependence on external supporting conditions during transport, deployment, and use.
With this specification, the power supply and screen display are no longer temporarily coordinated as independent systems. They are deployed together with the stage structure, reducing uncertain factors in the on-site layout process.
When a project needs to quickly complete stage deployment, power supply, and visual presentation after arrival, and does not want to arrange an external generator or independent screen system separately, S455S is more aligned with this execution logic.
S455S is based on a 13 m semi-trailer body. An independent generator room is arranged at the front, and the onboard power supply covers the hydraulic system, LED display screens, stage lighting, and audio system.Visual presentation is supported through dual LED screens at the front and rear.
S455S integrates an independent generator room at the front of the trailer body.
In transport mode, it keeps the exterior form of a semi-trailer. The stage and roof systems are retracted and locked inside the vehicle body.
In the closed state, the LED screen integrated on the outside of the generator room can display video content during driving when powered.
Hydraulic remote control drives the folding stage and the left and right wing panels to deploy.
After deployment is completed, the structure is locked, forming the usable stage area.
The key point of the deployment process is the coordination between the stage deck, wing panels, and trailer body structure.
The roof is lifted to the working position by the hydraulic system.
The height from the stage deck to the roof is 4.7 m.
After deployment, the front integrated LED screen and the rear push-out LED screen move into working positions, forming two visual output areas at the front and rear.
