Located in Boca Raton, Florida, USA, this project served a large outdoor music performance for Discretion Entertainment, a live entertainment production company and equipment rental provider.The site requirement was direct: the team needed to bring a concert-level performance system onto one mobile stage, with enough usable space and load-bearing margin for lighting, audio, projection, and power distribution.
For this project, the client selected the ST345S Mobile Stage Trailer. No LED screen was configured. Instead, a high-brightness projection system was used to support the visual presentation for the performance.Professional stage lighting was arranged with truss-mounted fixtures and effect lights. The audio system used a medium-to-large line array setup for concert-level audience coverage.Power was supplied through a professional performance-grade distribution system, with an external generator used as part of the power solution.

High-load Space Requirements
When a concert-level system is arranged on one mobile stage, usable deck space and load margin become the first constraints.
The key question is whether the full system can fit properly after deployment. The project team needed a larger stage deck and a more stable load-bearing base. Clear placement areas also had to be reserved for the lighting truss and line array audio system. At the same time, enough working space was needed for operation and maintenance during the event.
System Placement Sequence
After the structural locking points were checked, the team moved forward with the placement of the lighting truss and line array audio system. This helped avoid repeated equipment repositioning.
The operators completed hydraulic deployment by remote control. Lighting positions were confirmed first, followed by the suspension height and angle of the line array system. Power-on inspection and basic system testing were completed at the final stage.
For this project, deployment was usually organized by 2–3 people. The hydraulic opening process took about 40 minutes on site. Instead of spending time repeatedly moving equipment, the crew focused on correct placement and final verification.
Power Supply and Cable Routing
Power was organized through a professional performance-grade distribution system, with an external generator used as part of the supply plan.
Circuits were grouped by load, and key circuits were clearly labeled. On site, two problems had to be avoided: unclear circuit grouping and messy cable routes.
The approach was direct. Main power cables and equipment cables were routed separately, and cable gathering points were placed where the crew could check them easily. This made fault location easier and allowed faster adjustment during the event.
